WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT LABORER/OPERATOR
Consolidated Koshkonong Sanitary District
The Consolidated Koshkonong Sanitary District is accepting resumes for a Wastewater Treatment Plant Laborer/Operator to work at the CKSD Wastewater Treatment Plant and Collection System. Duties include assisting with all facets of operation and maintenance of the plant, collection system, and lift stations. Regular work hours are 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, as well as on-call rotation.
Qualified applicants must possess an introductory WDNR wastewater license in laboratory, disinfection, phosphorus, collection system and aerated ponds or be willing to obtain such a license within two years. A general knowledge of computers is required. The candidate should be willing to learn general electrical and motor controls. A valid Wisconsin driver’s license is required. Applicants are required to live (or move to) within a 20-minute radius of the plant. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Pay includes a competitive $24-26 hourly rate plus benefits including paid health insurance, retirement package through the State of Wisconsin, paid holidays and vacations.
