Consolidated Koshkonong Sanitary District (C.K.S.D.) is located on the shores of Lake Koshkonong and the Rock River, providing sewer service for homes and commercial properties in the Town of Albion, Town of Fulton, Town of Milton and Town of Sumner; including Fulton Sanitary District No. 2 and Albion Sanitary District No. 4.  C.K.S.D. serves over 2,200 customers!  C.K.S.D. has a Board of Commissioners that oversee the operations of the district.
